Return and Refunds

We allow exchanges and offer store credit for full-priced items in good condition returned within 7 days. However, all sales items are final and return shipping cost is covered by the client, and exchanges are sent free of charge.

  • For all returns, the customer will bear the shipping cost to our processing unit
  • The customer will be responsible for ensuring that the item gets to our processing unit
  • For international returns, kindly note that customs charges incurred will not be paid by S&D. The customer is responsible for covering the cost and in the case where we pay the charges the amount paid will be deducted from the store credit.
  • The total amount refunded as store credit does NOT include shipping fees.
  • Once the item for return is received by us, we’ll acknowledge receipt, and only then will we begin processing the refund/store credit.
  • S&D is NOT liable for replacing missing packages when you are shipping to us.
  • S&D does not offer refunds for custom orders and items bought on sale or at a discount
  • S&D does not offer refunds on discounted orders, Clearance Sales, Black Friday Sales, and Flash sales
