Delivery

Your order will be delivered during working business days and may require a signature so kindly ship to an address where someone can receive the package for you.

If there’ll be a delay with your order S&D will reach out to you with an update on your order. Depending on your country, public holidays may impact delivery timelines. Kindly note that S&D has no control over additional delays as a result of this.

Kindly note that for misplaced packages, S&D upon confirmation from the shipping company will resend the order to the customer but we are not liable to issue refunds for lost packages. If no complaint is raised about the order within 7 days of the delivery, S&D will assume there are no issues and that the package has been received successfully.
